The NC Secretary of State typically processes online filings within 3-5 business days. With Simply Lundi, your total turnaround is 5-7 business days (or 3-5 with the CEO Suite's priority processing).

The NC state filing fee is $125 for Articles of Organization. Simply Lundi's service fees start at $250 for the Essentials package, making your total investment as low as $375.

Absolutely! The CEO Suite package includes multi-business structure planning — whether that's separate LLCs, a single LLC with DBAs, or a holding company model.

NC doesn't legally require one, but we STRONGLY recommend it. It protects you, clarifies how your business operates, and is essential if you ever bring on a partner or investor.

Yes! Many entrepreneurs use their home address as their principal office and registered agent address. If privacy is a concern, we offer registered agent services as well.

You'll need to open a business bank account, obtain any required local licenses, and stay compliant with NC's annual report (due April 15, $200 fee). Depending on your package, I'll guide you through all of this.
